Biography

Siavash Imani was born in 1979 in Tehran, Iran. He studied classical Iranian music and Tar with Mohammad Reza Lotfi, Arshad Tahmasbi and Zeidollah Toluei. In recent years, he has collaborated and performed with renowned musicians, to name a few, Hossein Dehlavi, Daryoush Talai, Arshad Tahmasbi, among others.

Siavash co-owns “Baghe Naghmeha Music Institute” with Aria Mohafez, a renowned and respected Santoor player, and the two continue to manage and expand the school.

In 2017, Siavash co-founded “Didar School of Music” based out of Ontario, Canada and he remains on board as Chief Operating Officer.
